Robert Paul is an excellent realtor. I had an unusual situation selling a relatives house due to their declining health. This process took 1 year due to it being under a conservatorship which is a difficult process. The house had to be cleaned out due to the relative moving into assisted living. Robert helped every step of the way. He knew the right people to contact to clean out the house, clean up the yard, etc. He marketed the property perfectly.
