My father in law passed away at the end of August and within two weeks, my mother in law moved to West Virginia with their youngest daughter. The four gals hired David to sell their house with me being the only one left in Montana. David and I set the goal of getting the property sold before winter as it was now empty. As of yesterday it sold for a price above what we expected, need I say more! David was great to work with as he was always reachable and provided excellent advice throughout the negotiations. 2020
