There were several realtors who had advertised in our large condo association over the 30 years I lived there and many of my neighbors had used them but when my son-in-law recommended Lisa Sweeney because he was going to use her and his mother had already used her, that cinched it for me. I lived in Wheaton, not exactly Lisa's territory but that didn't matter to her. She did her homework and priced my condo at the highest price. I didn't think it was realistic even though I had a good view but within a couple of weeks she had a firm offer at that price!
