I actually first heard about Gianni while looking at potential houses in my local area. He was actually the selling broker for a house we were interested in, and so we contacted him by the information provided by the sale sign in the front yard.
From the first moment I was impressed with Gianni's professionalism and knowledge. We did not end up buying that particular property, but continued using Gianni as our real estate agent. Gianni was always extremely easy to contact and was on top of every issue or question we had. He went out of his way to provide us with houses in the price range and areas we were looking at, even above what we expected.
Gianni always worked with whatever schedule we needed and never complained, even as we looked at dozens of houses over several months. When it came time to process offers, inspections, and other closing actions, Gianni had extremely quick processing and response times. Never once did I feel like we were waiting on him to complete paperwork so that we could move forward. Gianni also provided much insight about various channels of inspections and avenues of financing.
I honestly do not believe that I would be in the great house that I am in today without Gianni's patience, experience, astounding knowledge, and constant desire to help. 2016
