I found Kelly White's name by chance and I couldn't be happier with the service that we received.
I was trying to help my mom sell her house in Tennessee shortly after we suffered the loss of my father, when I came across Kelly's name on the internet. Adding to the difficult situation, I live 8 hours away so I wasn't familiar with the area and I wasn't able to be down there for extended periods of time. I was, however, able to drive down for the initial meeting with Kelly and I immediately knew that it wasn't just by chance that I found her! She was so professional, reassuring, and kind-hearted that I knew my mom was in good hands.
Kelly ended up selling my mom's house within a week of listing it and for the price that my mom had hoped for. She was fair, honest, patient, and reliable. She went above and beyond her duties as a realtor to help my mom in every way possible!
Not only is Kelly White hands down, the best realtor that I have ever dealt with, she is also one of the kindest people that I have ever known. I cannot say enough good things about her and there are no words to truly describe how wonderful she really is! I only wish that I knew more people in Tennessee that I could refer to her!!!!

Kelly listed my home for me. She recommended listing it for $20,000 more than another local company recommended. Her recommendation ending up being right on target with the appraisal price. She is well informed of the market conditions in our area. During the showing, offer, contract, inspection, and closing process Kelly and her team were great to work with. Trust is important and I highly would Kelly and her team for listing your property. I am now looking for a new home and Kelly has been available at all hours. I have not been the easiest person during my search but she has always answered her phone and has shown me homes at a short notice. Not found my home yet but i am sure i will with her help and patience.
