My family and I were looking to sell our first home and concurrently buy a more spacious home to move into. Did a lot of research online looking for a realtor and Don and Wendi Sheets stood out quickly with how many excellent reviews they received. Well, I am happy to report: Add us to that long list of satisfied customers! They are the real deal.

We were a bit intimidated by the timing of trying to sell and buy a home at the same time. We felt they helped us manage it relatively flawlessly and pain-free. They are extremely responsive (a big, big deal in this process!) and we never felt we were left hanging waiting for an answer. First off, they gave excellent advice on pricing and showing your home to its best ability....our house sold quickly even compared to other similar local homes, non-coincidentally. For the house we bought, Don always had great advice in our search and had a superior list of contacts for inspection and mortgage lending. As we headed to our closings, Autumn on their team was extremely helpful in making sure we knew what important dates were coming and what exactly we'd be looking at. A stressful and complicated process was made much more comfortable! A true asset in our corner. We'd highly recommend them with confidence to anyone looking to make a move.
