Working with Paul Holub was a great decision. I received Pauls name as a Dave Ramsey, Endorsed Local Provider (ELP). ELPs are hand selected for their respected expertise in their field and they must have a heart of a teacher. That is just what we needed.
My father passed away about a year prior to deciding to sell his property. After reaching out to Paul, he responded immediately. Our situation was unique in our eyes, but Paul handled it like he had seen the situation a time or two before and greatly eased our mind. My father did not have a will, so we only had an Affidavit of Heirship to work with. As far as the property goes, it was not anything fancy, actually far from it. The property was literally wedged into the corner of a dead-end street in a not so desirable part of town. On the property we had a trailer that was in horrible condition. During the deal, Paul had to put up with some of my belligerent family members above what any normal realtor would have. I honestly do not know how, but somehow Paul worked his magic and after a lot of work, helped us close on the deal a short period after hiring him. All of the previously belligerent family members had calmed down and were even appreciative of Pauls effort.
I cannot praise Paul Holub and his team enough. Dave Ramsey was right in placing his endorsement on Paul. I chose Paul this time and would choose him again and again. Thank you Paul and great work!!!
