We just happened to be out looking at Open Houses just to see what size of a home we would like one day. We met Sean and his wife at a property and he was knowledgeable in every aspect of home buying. We spent some time talking to him and thinking that would be ready to buy a home around summer of 2016. As a courtesy Sean immediately signed us up on the MLS Listing so we could see the price of homes out there and filled us in on the first step which is to see how much you qualify for. Our curiosity got the best of us and we went with a lender that he recommended and we were in a good place to buy a home earlier than expected.
