My husband and I have worked with Indalesio Del Real as our realtor on all of our home purchases and sales. While in early stages of trying to figure out how we were going to do the selling and buying of our home, my husband and I asked Indalesio for his opinion and he is truly is best realtor in the game. We were interested in a property. We called him letting him know we were interested and he immediately responded showing us that property. He always goes the full 9 yards and more for you, No question that should the time come for us to look for a new home or investment property, we'll call Indalesio as our realtor! He knows the Real Estate market, and can offer great advice on investing in fixer uppers and rental properties; he is an excellent negotiator and communicator with us and other realtors.
We initiated our search for a realtor with the Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) program and Andys name rose to the top. We liked the way he took an analytical approach to the housing market, using data to inform strategies and decisions. We asked for advice about selling our home; he gave it. We started the process and he was there to give support and feedback whenever we asked. We asked for a referral for handyman; we got it. We asked for a referral for a roof inspection; we got it. We asked for names for house cleaning; we got it. All support businesses, like the title company, for example, were chosen strategically to help with our particular situation. We asked for a timeline of just what he would do for us to accomplish our goal of selling our home in a timely way at a reasonable price; we got it.
We did our part preparing our home for sale. He did his part arranging an amazing videographer to film our home, and get it listed and promoted. An associate ran the open house, but Andy was here the following Monday with bids for us to review. He made the process doable. Even when my nerves were on edge, he responded in measured tones to reassure. He was steady, knowledgeable, forthright and committed. He made sure we were covered, but even checked in while on a scheduled family cruise during a crucial stage of the sale negotiations. Having a competent realtor like Andy made the process of selling our home a straightforward transaction. Having him run interference for us at every turn was worth every penny. I have had the pleasure of working with Andy twice. I purchased my home in 2009 from Del Real Group and after living there for 9 years I called Del Real Goup back and sold it in a matter of days
I called and left a message on a holiday weekend, in a short time Andy called me back. He came to my house a few days later with all info in a book and I listed it with him. I was told it would sell within 3 weeks, a short time later it went live and it sold in 10 days from the day it was listed. The house was listed in Jan and I was already out and living in my new place by the middle of Feb.
