Mark sold our home in the Lotus area. This is a tough area to determine pricing and get interested buyers because it is a specific type of buyer who wants to live out there. There was the added challenge that our house was unique for the area (modern, high end, but only 1520 square feet). Mark worked extremely hard to get us the best price. He offered multiple open houses, hustled to get photos and multiple drone videos done and kept on contact with potential buyers. He also went above and beyond to help us through a difficult time and a hard sale. The buyer's agent was with a unique company and it wasn't a typical purchasing situation. He told us what we needed to know but didn't stress us out unnecessarily. He also offered to send us a flash drive of the photos and videos so we could have a record of the home we built with our own hands. Mark truly loved the house and navigated our desire to get the best price with grace. He is a solid agent and a particularly great choice if you are trying to sell in the rural foothills.

Looking for a new home can be a long and tiring process with many hurdles to overcome and decisions to make. Add trying to buy a house from 150 miles away and it can really get complicated. Mark made this journey way smoother for us and within 3 months he had found us the perfect home.
Living in the Bay our time was precious when we went up to view houses in Eldorado County. Looking online you get an idea of what a house might be like, but Mark would pre visit houses before our tours and was able to make a shortlist of properties to save us time. He would also take valuable drone footage of houses which really helped us get an idea of the home and its local surroundings.
At the start of our search our criteria was wide open but Mark was able to hone in on what was really important to us and found us a beautiful home in a lovely community with access to great schools, outdoor activities and yet a straightforward commute to the Bay for my wife.
Mark grew up in and around Placerville, Eldorado County, so has an intrinsic knowledge of the area, making him a valuable resource in our search. Being an outdoor enthusiast himself he was able to make excellent recommendations on nearby activities including kayaking, rafting, dirt biking and skiing. He also has a whole list of contacts of local contractors which makes life a whole lot easier when moving to a new area. He has an incredible ability to entertain children and this made our visits way less stressful with a 5&6 year old in tow!
