We live in Roseville and were partial owners of a house inherited in Yuba City. The property was not in the best condition and we were concerned about how we would be able to sell since none of the owners live in the area. We interviewed several realtors and immediately selected Lisa Lyford. She helped us prepare a list of items to be repaired, replaced, removed, cleaned, and touched up. Lisa and her team put us in touch with inspectors and contractors to get bids for repairs. She also located a handyman to make repairs necessary for passing the inspections and got bids for replacing damaged flooring and for cleaning the house and a photographer for the final product. Lisa and her staff did all the interfacing with those doing the work and kept us in the loop and informed during the entire process. We had multiple offers as soon as the house was listed. As they say, the proof is in the pudding. Lisa made selling much easier than we expected and with her help the house sold for more than we had hoped.
