She told us about the house we ultimately purchased before it came to market, and once we saw it in person we knew she was right. Without her, we never would have looked at the house because the pictures werent good, but it ended up being exactly what we wanted. She also kept us out of a lot of the stressful back and fourth drama with the sellers, which we appreciated, and worked hard to get us a fair transaction. We never felt rushed at viewings, and she was kind and patient with our young kids.
On the selling end, she was just as good. She knows her stuff and prices accordingly. She helped us prepare our house- from lifting boxes to taking a trip to the dump. I'm Evan, I am Joe and Dannas 15 year old son. When my Mom asked me to write a review for Sheila I was kinda shocked because my parents are usually afraid of whats going to come out of my mouth! With that said, my family and I have nothing but positive things to say about her! We moved from Texas to Rocklin California in the middle of 2017. My parents actually went to California before me and my sister did, they found a house to rent and our landlord was Sheila. I met her after we moved into the rental and she was a cool person. We rented with her for a year and then my dad's boss said it was okay to buy a house, so we did. Not even 6 months into living in our home, my dad got transferred again. My parents talked to Sheila about selling our home and she made the selling part so easy for us. There were other homes in our neighborhood that had been for sale for months but that didnt worry Sheila too much! My parents were kinda freaking out, especially my Mom, but Dad said, Sheilas got this! She said she could sell it and thats exactly what she did!
