He promptly provided us with documentation for all of the properties we wanted to see and informed us of things we didn't even know to look for. Derek is one of the best realtor's that I've ever worked with. I've known him for over 5 years and in that time he has sold four properties for me. In all cases the sale has required considerable work from repairs to painting, flooring, appliances and yard work. He has an impressive list of resources to accomplish these tasks and his project management skills were essential in the success of the sales. Derek also is responsive and would often call me with an unsolicited status update to keep me informed which is rare. Having sold numerous investment properties over the years, Derek is the best that I've ever used.
