We couldn't have had a better team to help us buy our first home. The process itself seemed scary until talking to Natalie, Jacob, and Shanelle. They walked us through each step and made sure we were clearly informed throughout the entire process. Not to mention they were extremely flexible and responsive. It doesn't get better than this!

Where do I start...We hired Natalie and her team to sell our home. She had us download the Keller Williams app, and was so excited about the options the app had to offer. Our house was NEVER on her app. We checked. Daily. Excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't there. "We'll look into it". Not the marketing we expected.
We looked on Zillow. Our house wasn't there either. Hmmm. What's going on? Come to find out, our home was listed as a condo. We bring this to Natalie's attention and she blames Zillow for the mistake and tells us that many realtors do not like Zillow because it can be inaccurate. The next day, Jake is going to do an Open House- we hand him our phone and ask him to please show us how to find our house on their app. He, too, cannot find our house and then proceeds to tell us that buyers will follow their signs to the Open House or they'll see it on Zillow. Are you serious? Your teammate blamed Zillow just the day before. 6% of a $600k house is A LOT of money to pay for poor representation and Open House sign. With a team of four, someone should have caught this...not the sellers. Natalie also put the horse before the cart, She posted on her social media page that she sold our home, being under contract is NOT the same as being sold. After the failed contract, we pulled the house off the market and needless to say we did not hire Natalie and her team.

Natalie has a sweet demeanor- don't let that fool you!! Natalie is shady. She brags about selling quickly with multiple offers but that's because she'll lowball your home! She did get us under contract but that was a nightmare. Our buyers contingent home fell out of contract (10 days into our contract) and NOBODY told us. My intuition was screaming- I called Natalie - and she confirmed, yes, they cannot perform by our close date (which was end of November). She tells us that the market is hot and we should give our buyers 10 days to get back under contract. We say NO, the holidays are coming and we will not extend the close date. Then she takes our case to her broker and come to find out, there was no clause releasing us from the contract!! What? Our buyer could not perform and we're stuck with no recourse - - we must wait until November close date to get out of the contract. ABSURD!! We made it clear we would not extend our closing date and yet, she still allowed our buyers to pay for and perform an inspection knowing we were not going to close. She pushed so hard!! It felt like she was representing the buyer. I told her this. I called the day before the inspection and asked if they were really going to let the buyer waste their money. Yep!! She was hopeful and still helping the buyer push for a close!!
By the way, her entire team is her family-which I think is great- but why wait until after we sign, to then tell us "Oh, by the way, did I tell you my designer is my daughter? And my assistant and her husband are also family. It didn't feel right, so I asked a few realtors - is this common? The reply- many family members work together, this is not uncommon, but they do agree that she should have disclosed this.
And to top it all off....her Instagram page says that she sold my house in less than 2 weeks after being on the market! Ummmm, I took it off the market and relisted in Spring, with a competent, honest, realtor! #Unethical #IHavePhotosToProve

She put my house on the market within five days after which about 40 inquiries called because of their interest in the house. My wife and I are experienced buyers and sellers, having sold multiple homes by owner. We met Natalie at an Open House, and decided to partner with her as our buyer's agent on a new construction build. Natalie's kindness and professionalism won us over quickly. n nWe thought we would have an uneventful purchasing process. After all, we had done this 3 times in the last 6 years. But shortly after the contracts were signed and construction started, our builder started falling short of their commitments. We were met with an extreme lack of professionalism and an outrageous punch list of unacceptable issues. In fact, we nearly cancelled our contract to begin the home search process over again. Thankfully, Natalie helped us work through the issues all the way to resolution and closing.
