We REALLY liked working with Tera. She was the selling agent on our home and although it was a small home and definitely not the priciest she'd ever sold, she treated it like it was as important as any mansion. When our fussy FHA loan demanded little fixes and updates Tera totally took care of it. She really went out of her way for us and for her selling clients to make a complicated sale work.
