She's a hard worker and held over a dozen open houses for us, along with private showings to buyers and other realtors. She's organized and able to make things happen fast. My wifes and my experience with Christine was great! Christine made the task of selling my relatives home (40 miles away from our own home) smooth. From start to finish, she kept everything moving forward with minimal stress. She advised us on how best to prepare the home for sale, worked with us on setting the price and evaluating offers, and ensured that I understood the paperwork (both paper and online documents) so that I was comfortable signing everything.
Christines long experience was apparent throughout our time working with her: When we first met, she came prepared with many comps for the area, but knew enough about the home and the market condition to help us set the sale price realistically. She advised us where and where not to spend money to prepare the home for sale, so that we didnt spend money unnecessarily. She had a good handyman and a good gardener both reasonably priced she worked with regularly who were able to assist us in prepping the house. She even drove to meet the handyman at the house to be there while he performed the needed work. She presented the listing online with many pictures, met with numerous other realtors on a preview day to generate interest, and stayed late during open house days because so many people stopped by. She helped us decide on the best offer for us, which turned out to be below the top offer, but with a shorter escrow. She knew all the forms like the back of her hand, so that she was able to answer all of my questions with ease.

The best realtor I have known in regards to helping sell or purchase my house. My wife and I have been small time house investors- over the past 30 years we have sold or purchased 7 houses and each time we interview realtors from the area the property is in.
