To be honestly, I worked with other agents in the past 15 years purchasing and selling my house , Joe from Golden Orange Realty is the best one so far. First he help us to get the best price for my new home. Couple of months later, the market price of my new home went up about 200K at least. What a big investment profit. I have been renting for over 4 years never ever missed a payment. at just as much of a monthly payment as these houses. Was interested in moving to a bigger house than Im in now cause my kids are growing up. Again paying the same amount as these listed. When I spoke with Zhang he was rude and unprofessional, he laughed at me when he asked what my credit was. Now I my credit is not the best, but again I have never missed a payment and have proof on all of that. Long story short never would recommend renting anything from this guy. 2021
