We were lucky to have Sandra help us on two different occasions. We had relocated to CA in 2017 to be closer to family. Sandra was patient showing us a variety of homes in the area until we found the perfect home for us. Then again in 2020, after our father passed, we listed his home with Sandra. Prior to putting it on the market she helped us in determining what repairs and minor updates we needed to do. Without us having to search she was able to direct us to contacts she had to help with those tasks. Once on the market she contracted both virtual tour and virtual staging that helped with the home being empty and to avoid Covid issues as necessary.
