Gay was direct and no nonsense from the start. She never misrepresented our property or the market just to get us to sign a contract. She told us up front that it would be a difficult market in our price range and showed us statistics of what had sold in the previous year. I received a call from Gay the next day saying that "something is not right with your home appraisal" and then a brief pause and "I am coming over to take my own measurements." Turns out that the appraiser had made a significant error which he reluctantly admitted. That could have been costly. Gay helped us to stage the home and took her own pictures which were fabulous. You can judge for yourself. She headed off the scammers and handled some unusual situations with a lot more patience and professionalism than I could have mustarded under the circumstances. I realize that I am a difficult customer but was thoroughly pleased with the person and the process. In both situations she was eager to help, wasn't pushy, truly heard our dos and don't ame was able to execute effectively and efficiently. Even in difficult times with a seller not ready to part ways, and a buyer who was too demanding, she still kept our best interest.
