Derreck was AMAZING to work with -for several reasons: na.This was my first time buying a home and I was doing so from across the country. Derreck did whatever it took to help in the process --including driving to houses that were at least an hour and 1/2 away from his office to take videos and send for my review. nb. I did not have a huge budget and Derreck did not balk at that -he was the only realtor who didn't tell me that I wouldn't be able to find a house on my budget. nc. Derreck was EXTREMELY patient with my 1st-time home-buyer anxieties and worries (including, he was gracious when, at the last minute, I canceled a flight to come look at a house that I thought about putting in an offer on, but changed my mind.) nd. Derreck worked tirelessly to ensure that offers were put in timely ne.
