My husband and I have worked with enough realtors to know that realtors like Sam Rifkin are one of a kind. From the first home we looked at with Sam, we could tell that he was not just about just finding a home that would work so that he could make a sale but about finding the right home for us. We were desperate to find a home because of our current living situation and it would have been easy to make a quick sale off of us. Each home we looked at while my husband and I talked and discussed the things we liked or didnt like; Sam checked for foundation issues, leaks, age of the roof or ac unit. He scrutinized the house for things that we would have overlooked. He could have gotten us to buy the 1st home we looked at, that we loved because it was across the street from family, but he knew we would have been settling and also knew that it was not a good buy and that we would have serious issues if we bought it. I am so thankful that we listened to him as we could not be happier with the home we chose. Sam saved us a lot of time in our home search by learning our must haves and scrutinizing the listings for things that we didnt notice but knew we wouldnt consider like being on a busy road or being overpriced or not having a big enough yard or no basement. He was also flexible with his schedule and would drive way out of his way even just to see one house.
