Dylan helped up negotiate a competitive market. We were able to find a home that met our needs as a family and also provides room to grow so we can look forward to a long term investment. During our initial walk through he easily spotted an area of concern that came up again during our inspection. Seeing we already were aware we werent surprised and we were able to make a fair initial offer and also had plenty of negotiation room through the process. In the end we ended up buying a really great home 19 percent below the market for our area and I got a new Lennox furnace and AC that I wont have to worry about as a new owner. Im happy with the outcome and Dylan did a fantastic job.
