Elizabeth was courteous and professional right from the start. She stays in contact it seemed 24/7. I can't recall a day or time that she wouldn't respond. If she couldn't talk, she'd text you right away and say, "I'll call back asap". I loved that about her. When things got crazy around the closing she was there to help me off the ledge. She was respectful to all the other parties involved in the closing and was timely when they needed information from her.
