Honor a Friend
It gives me great pleasure to introduce and tell Face Book fans a story about a young Lady who assisted us above and beyond in Renting a Home.
It may sound easy to some folks but we discovered its stressful.
This is where I introduce our Facebook Fans to our realtor JAN NICHOLS, KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY, Denton Texas.
We asked our Daughter to find a realtor for us so we could feel comfortable. She hit the Jackpot!
Jan Nichols became our advisor for our journey. She provided us a WEB site so we could automatically receive any available homes. Also, she contacted realtors of those homes and set up appointments for our viewing. Jan was in contact with us daily and some times hourly to meet our needs. She never wavered and always ensured us we would be okay.
Jan found a home in Celina Texas which met our needs. With- in a week we were standing in the kitchen of our new home.
Once we informed her of our wishes to apply for this home, she went right to work and with-in hours we received the application and she walked us through the process. She reviewed the documents and submitted our request.
Jan called on the phone to inform us that the application was approved and sent us the Tenant Background check paperwork, again she was on the phone assisting us with the document.
Once we completed the document, she sent it forward for Owners review.
With-in hours we received Owners approval and contract for our signatures. We asked for 3 years on lease and received a 2-year lease in which Jan negotiated the time frame for us. As of this writing, we have a new Home.
