Rita did an amazing amount of work for what she was paid. Before we ever listed the home, she came through and helped us get things ready. She made suggestions of important factors, handled all the advertising, listing, etc. She made sure we had the equipment needed to prepare the home, even to the point of supplying goods and tools to prepare the home for sale. She handed contractors, permits, licensing, EVERYTHING. She really went above and beyond. Even when last minute repairs had to be made, Rita was on it, identifying contractors, etc. Rita wasn't helpful, she was absolutely CRITICAL to the transaction.
