Eric was incredible to work with. My wife and I were coming in from out of state to look for an investment property and he was great with communication. I found Eric by searching other listings and lists of realtors based on the number of deals they have closed in this and last year, he ranked amongst the top in the area. He was able to put together a list of interesting properties on the market by working with us over the phone first. When we came into town for the week he had everything lined up and scheduled to go see in person. This wasn't our first rodeo, having bought/sold/negotiated many other properties, including some commercial. We have worked with quite a few Realtors in the past across multiple states... He ranks as one of the best we've dealt with. In what has been a red hot market in Whitefish, He was able to get us a deal - under asking price - set us up with a local credit union for the financing and we had the smoothest transactions of all of our deals. If Eric said he would do something, it always happened when he said it would. Always returned calls quickly. He took the time to explain any detail I had questions about with out talking down to me.
