Mitchell is an all star agent, he worked hard and used tools I have not seen other agents use to efficiently sell my home. Not only is he the most cost effective but one of the top agents in my life. He works as hard as he can to get it in front of so many people.

I can not recommend him as an agent.
He showed me a house. I told him I am interested in the property. When I wanted to make an offer 2 days later he said someone made an offer and it was excepted. He lied about it because he wanted to buy it himself. A few days later the seller did except his offer. If I had call any other agent I would be the owner of that house today. I trusted Mr Walch and he did what no agent should be allowed to do and it cost me not getting the property.
According to his broker he did not brake any laws or codes. The fact that they had to call to find out if it is legal or not, already tell me that it was not ethical and not something good agents do.
I won't work with him again and can not recommend him as an agent.Less
He will reply that it was not his intent because I did not get back for two days but I have prove he could have backed out.
Yes it was intend. He bought it and immediately sold part of it off. He should not be an agent and people that want to buy a house should know what he did.
