I highly recommend not using this team, specifically, Sean Elstone. The unprofessionalism, lack of communication, the inability to resolve a crucial delisting error to reset the mls days on market and lastly the unwillingness to terminate the contract due to these issues is unacceptable in this industry. Ive worked with many agents over the years; in which, I still maintain positive working relationships with. I sincerely hope that Keller Williams works with this team to improve their customer service skills, to prevent situations like this from happening to others. Sean has helped me purchase a condo then go on to sell that property and most recently purchase our dream home!
