Criag is absolutely the most knowledgeable realtor, we were so lucky to have met him! He is communicative, responds quickly, always could find the time for us. He knows everything there is to know about buying a home, home repairs, etc. On the first house we saw with him, he educated us on all the ins and outs of buying a house, things we need to look out for in our search, and common problems house buyers run into. He never once tried to sell a house to us. It's hard to express how amazing Craig Morrison is! We wanted someone who was capable, experienced, and knew the area well. We went through the list of recently sold homes and Craigs name kept coming up but what set Craig apart was that he made sales in our (relatively lower) price range and also sales that were well out of our reach. You want someone who will work with the little guys but is also routinely part of higher-priced transactions.
It was and still is a tight housing market. We were nearing desperation having not re-signed our apartment lease in Boston but Craig knew what we truly wanted and steered us away from what would have been terrible houses. In hindsight, now that we know the area much better, we are infinitely grateful to Craig.

Craig was an amazing realtor to work with on both the sale and purchase of our homes. We knew we were a "high maintenance" client as when we first met Craig we 'kinda' wanted to move, but were picky. Regardless, Craig stuck w/ us for the long haul (working over a year) and in the end ended up finding us an amazing property in an incredibly biased sellers market. He was open and upfront through the whole experience and ended up being a great partner in the experience. He was responsive to (many!) texts and calls especially as the rubber hit the road and we tried to close on our new home and sell our existing home on the same day (we did!).
