Before listing our house on the market, Patrick took the time to keep us updated on the local market activity by sending us daily listing activity in our area. This process started appx three years before putting our home on the market. We never felt pressured to list our home or decide on a new home until we were truly ready to make a move. In the meantime, Patrick scheduled exterior photographs of our home during the summer of 2017. He did this; in the event, we decided to list our home in the winter or spring months. Patrick proactively planned exterior photos for future use and took it upon himself to have the photographer come back for an early evening photo shoot. My husband and I sold our house in Aurora, IL and bought a house in Glen Ellyn, IL back in 2013. Patrick worked closely with us in helping to market and stage our house in Aurora and was on hand to help us find a new house.
