I am the sister who lives on the other side of the country. I had always planned to come home to help prepare our mother's townhouse for sale whenever that time came. Due to covid, I was unable to do this. But I was so relieved to know how above and beyond Beverley Sayers Gaudio went to take the stress off the process. I have never heard of any real estate agent who actually helped with getting the house ready, met contractors on the site, etc. My sisters say they were saved so many trips to the house, and so many hours, with her help. If I could give an additional star in her rating, I would!
