This was my first time selling a house so I learned a lot Michelle was friendly great personality and enjoyable to work with she also went above and beyond for me including stoping by work to pick up a check from the buyer I was having a hard time getting cashed because he had moved down here from Denver I thought she was just picking up the check to return it she actually brought me the money personally I was so surprised it was convenient and saved me a lot of time. It was not her responsibility to do that but she chose to which was helpful to me. Also upon the last week I was in the house it was hard for me to get everything out in time being that I work full time and have 2 small children, I let her know that I was barely going to be able to get all my stuff out let alone clean it up real quick. So the night before she arranged to have a lady come to clean it the next morning the same day as closing. She told me to consider it her gift. I'm not sure if that is the usual routine but I was impressed she was always willing to do her part if needed because of Michelle I was able to successfully sell my house, I'm not sure it would of been possible without her kindness! If you have kids and a busy work schedule I would totally recommend Michelle she is an awesome realtor and understanding about how life sometimes just happens!
