I would highly recommend Beth for both selling and buying real estate. She helped us sell our condo last fall. We were thinking we were still underwater (purchased the place prior to the housing bust) according to sites like Zillow, but Beth was able to get us a much higher price. Then when it came time to buy, she walked us through each step of the process from the inspection to the appraisal. We wanted a house in a specific neighborhood. There were not any for sale, but she knocked on doors for us asking if people were thinking about selling. Eventually a property came up for sale, but it needed a lot of work. She negotiated a really great deal for us. Then we decided to do a purchase and renovation loan which is a really involved process requiring quotes from contractors. She met with contractors on our behalf. She stayed cool and extremely responsive through the entire process. We are jittery home buyers due to our previous bad experiences.
