John inspected our house and made suggestions that we could do and others that we should do to improve the appeal of the home. He was spot on with all his suggestions. We sat down and discussed the property value and the suggested listing price. Once again, he was thorough and precise in his suggestions. I had talked to a couple of other realtors and I have to say that John's proposal was much more realistic. The house sold quickly and without a hitch. (One of the other realtor's never returned calls). John was with us every step of the way and made the sale a pleasurable event. I shall be calling him in the future.
