John is professional and communicated well at the beginning. After the contract was signed, there was a significant decrease in communication. When we asked John's help on a few things, his response was for us to do it. For example, we had to find and set up a house inspector ("here's a list to call"), we had to find the price of the home utilities ("just call around"), we had to schedule the final walk through with the sellers where he wasn't present. He never even called to see how we are doing after living in the new home. He didn't help us negotiate and didn't give any guidance. We felt like we did everything. Previous realtors we've had did everything, as they should because they are getting paid a LOT OF MONEY! If you want an experienced realtor who does minimal work, then John would be the realtor for you.
