I came from out of state and worked with Cindy to sell my sister's condo. My sister had moved out of the area. When we met with Cindy it was clear that she has a strong knowledge of the housing market in the area, is experienced and savvy about how to prepare a home for sale. She helped us find people to work on the condo, including someone to remove all possessions and furniture my sister no longer needs, someone to clean, make repairs, etc. She helped coordinate getting it on the market so I that I didn't have to make a second trip down to get it ready for sale.

Cindy used other potential offers to increase the amount of the offer we accepted. It was above the asking price. She gave us good advice for responding to the prospective buyer. Having bought and sold homes myself in the past year, I can say she was the easiest realtor to work with and the one who went above and beyond. She was responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend Cindy and would definitely use her again.
