We were assigned two agents, one seller, one buyer (Kevin Shaw). Once an offer was accepted for both the sale and purchase, we were assigned two admins to make sure that all work completed by all parties was complete and on time. If you've sold or bought a house before, the most stress comes from people not doing their jobs. The mortgage company, title company, other realtors, etc. Amy's team kept everyone on track so there were no delays. They have a culture that I have never seen at another realtor. Everything they do, they do it right, the first time. Their professionalism is unmatched. From the photos and listing of your existing home, to the viewings of your next home, they were perfect. The fees for selling and buying a home are the same with all realtors. The only difference between realtors is how well they do their job.
