Very unethical. He kept our house tied up in contract for an extra 7 days before sending us a release from his clients that was dated 5 days prior. He sent in the buyer's addendum at midnight on the last day of the inspection period. He already had a signed release, but instead sent us a crazy addendum which we responded to in a timely manner. Then waited beyond the 4 days to send us the release dated 5 days prior. Very unethical. All we did was accept the offer from his clients and he kept our house off the market for a total of 15 days, or basically 7 days after when we should of received a release if clients didn't want the property. 2019
