Pam was AMAZING. She was professional and so helpful. She helped us get our home on the market and sell it and also helped us find our dream home. She was a joy to work with and we would definitely recommend her to others.

When we moved to Cary last summer, Pam was one of the agents competing to market our home. We had an idea about what it would sell for, based on recent sales in the area. However, one of the realtors we were considering called me after he did his analysis and told me I was simply being unrealistic and should list far below what I said I thought we could list it. He has several reasons for that. Then, I discussed it with Pam and she pushed pretty hard for me to list it higher (pretty close to what I had in mind) and she also had many reasons for saying so ... reasons I though were more credible. So I went with her, all the while wondering if I was making a mistake which would expose me to having it on the market for a long time or have to take the buy-out.

Short story ... we had an accepted offer close to the list price within 5 business days. We didn't even have a chance to have the buy-out amount confirmed because we were already moving toward closing.

So, I was impressed that she stuck to her guns with actual market insight which proved to be spot on. If she hadn't talked me into it I would have lost some $40k+. In addition, she has an eye for how to show a home and the photographer she works with is good.
