We worked with Trey Berry to sell our home and to purchase our new home. We chose Trey because he is knowledgeable about the market in our area. Trey suggested we list our property at a certain day and time, and all I can say is that it worked! We had an offer the first day and 4 days later we accepted an offer! We got what we wanted for the house, however our main concern was having our home on the market for too long and having to keep up with it! Trey took our concerns and produced the best action plan for our family! Once our home was under contract we found another home that I originally wasn't interested in touring, but Trey knew what we were looking for and asked me to " trust him!"
