When we agreed to list our condominium with Terri, she sent us a card saying, I promise to work hard on your behalf and she certainly did. She was familiar with the community where our condo was located and the values of the condos listed at that time. She constantly updated us on the progress of finding a buyer and returned calls promptly. When we were days away from a settlement when the buyer's mortgage company denied the mortgage, Terri was able to get us through that disappointing time with a minimum of headaches. Then she facilitated a successful sale from offer to closing in two weeks.
