Jana was one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. On a friends recommendation we called her in case an open house was sufficiently interesting as to require an offer. The next day, she put aside an hour or so for a private showing of that, and one more property, neither of which were suitable. It is quite rare that an agent develops a true feeling for what the buyer is looking for, but Jana got it. She later managed to show us 10 to 12 properties in 2 visits to the area, wrote an offer that immediately got accepted on the first attempt in a competitive market. She managed all the inspections and contingencies extremely efficiently, and we managed to close escrow in a mere 22 days after making an offer. She and her agency were extremely competent, responsive, and communicative. We know she is quite busy, but she always made us feel as if we were her only clients. She repeatedly went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate her out-of-town clients. And most of all, she is just a nice person. We will miss our frequent chats!
