Matt listed our home on a Friday evening and by Sunday evening, we signed a contract choosing from four great offers. Furthermore, his real estate knowledge, exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and conscientiousness enabled him to deliver an extremely smooth process from listing to closing.
During our initial meeting, Matt listened to our situation and instantly structured his marketing plan to focus on our strong personal need to minimize our stress. We had not planned to sell our house but because of a family emergency, we needed to sell immediately. We just wanted to concentrate on our family, not on the particulars of selling. Moreover, the COVID-19 Pandemic compounded the situation; however, Matt had already planned out safety precautions for showing a home, meeting with others and other social distancing procedures.
Matts educational background in architecture/design enabled him to suggest effective minor changes to enhance the showing of our home. For example, he suggested shifting our kitchen table to improve traffic flow. We had wished we had done that years ago.
Matt has structured his business to provide effective and efficient services. He has a knowledgeable assistant who is accessible on the rare occasions he is not immediately available. Matt provides no-cost insurance to sellers if something breaks during the selling time frame. We did not need this service, but it certainly helped to lower our anxiety. Matt uses a professional photographer who provided fantastic photos of our home including drone shots.
Matts focus on our needs made us feel we were his only client, although we knew he was attending to his other clients in the same attentive matter.

We were first time home buyers - nervous, relatively uneducated about the process, and uncertain what the future held. Matt was incredible in walking us through the process, helping us look at homes we were interested in on short notice, and answering every question (there were a lot!) with kindness and helpfulness.

You will not go wrong using Matthew Sadler as your realtor. Highly knowledgeable , honest, hardworking, This young man is going to be one of the best realtors around town. He knows his areas well and the neighborhoods. Matt met every detail we needed when purchasing my new home. Over (50) homes shown he remained calm the entire time, at one point I thought Matt was going to drop us as a realtor, he hung on the entire time. This to me is most important , I did not fell like I was another number to sell a home to. When I got discouraged Matt brought up my spirits by saying I will find the right home for you, and guess what he certainly did. Watched other realtors come in when we were visiting homes they do not hold a candle to Matt. Matt took the time out to inspect each house.
