The Domis team did an outstanding job selling our rental house. Ginger guided the reluctant to move tenant to vacate the house quickly so it could be sold. Linda and Ginger suggested just the right mix of items for maintenance and staging to get a fast sale and a high price. Linda set our asking price perfectly that attracted many perspective buyers along with Ryan's online video and marketing that had hundreds of views and saves. Ginger held a 3-day open house that led to 4 offers with two at our asking price. The house was sold within 5 days of going on the market and Linda made sure there were no surprises during escrow.
