There is no denying that selling a home is a stressful situation. Mary Sutton is absolutely wonderful and truly sticks with you through the million x2 questions I had, to listening to venting, as well as being a realist and making sure my expectations were within limits. Shes professional always yet works with you like a friend. And her response time is impeccable. Mary Sutton sold my house in under 2 months. A house that I thought would not make much money at all. Especially with a single mother of 3 being the seller yet she sold it and make a substantial return for me! One would be crazy not to use her! She is the best!

I have worked with several agents in my life and never have I had one as dedicated as Mary was.She constantly thought outside the box. The house I sold was a tough sale and I knew it.
