I worked with Tamra for a short time. Her advice to me, was to sell my home below tax value because my bathroom was outdated and my roof was old. My heat pump and water tank was only six years old. I have new piping downstairs in the basement to replace all the galvanized piping. I have a 3/4 bedroom possibly five bedroom home that she wants me to sell below tax value. . I am very dissatisfied with this real estate agent. Do not recommend. I am only giving one star because it is not an option to give zero stars.
