However, Erika did a great job managing the entire process from start to finish. Early on, she was extremely knowledgable of the properties I was interested in and was responsive to all my questions. I never felt pressured or stressed about making decisions and Erika did a great job guiding me through the process. When I decided to make an offer, Erika looked into the past purchase history to help nail down a competitive number without overpaying. Thanks to Erika we were able to close the sale at a number lower than what I was anticipating.
