Diane sold my house in Framingham and if I could, I would rate her 6 stars (the max is 5). This is in terms of responsiveness, knowledge/expertise, and getting me the best price. She made the whole process, which involved a lot of moving parts, as easy as possible and manageable.
Some examples:
1) Diane always returned my texts, emails, and voicemails promptly and welcomed my questions along the way .
2) I needed some work done on my house to make it both more marketable (based on Diane's advice), and she found a painter, landscaping company, and junk removal/carpet removal person who were excellent and reasonably priced. Because she did a lot of referrals with them, they were responsive and did great work. She also referred me to the closing attorney, who was excellent and offered a discount to Diane's clients (attorneys are required by law in MA).
3) I got a few offers, and Diane helped me get the best price for my house and it sold in a timeframe I was happy with.
4) I was out of town for much of the time my house was on the market for ( I started a job in another state), and Diane went above and beyond, meeting with contractors and moving company reps on my behalf -- so grateful for this help!!
