This home was not an easy one to market and sell. The backyard had been torn up into a skate park for the teenage family of the prior tenant. Once the home was on the market, Clay had his team hand out fliers to those living in the neighborhood. The home was shown on weekends to provide maximum market exposure. At some point before we had received our best offer, I believe, Clay made himself available on a late Friday afternoon to head by the home and turn off water because of a leak. We also used him to buy another home, and it was wonderful receiving on-line MLS listings of homes coming on the market. He's a true professional who enjoys his work. 2018

First time home buyers in this area (second home purchase). Really wanted a local 'voice' in the home seller market someone who lived in the area and knew the different neighborhoods, etc.. It was great having a Realtor who had grown up in the area, who had an attention to the specific details / needs we were after and who spoke plainly and matter-of-factly about the locations and homes we were visiting. Mentioned in the previous panel but my wife and I were appreciative of Clay's hard work and ability to get us in to see homes in a VERY short matter of time. He (yes, you Clay) was professional with a solid grasp on the local home market. Clay (and his brother) were both great Realtors to work with as we purchased our first home in - what I would have to characterize as - somewhat difficult market / area (specifically Tulare proper).

We explained that while we were NOT in a rush at all (we had the benefit of time on our side) to move on our home purchase with that in mind, Clay still acted and treated us like we were important and ready to make this big decision. We had no problem setting up home inspections and he graciously worked around our working schedules.

Clay was great in every aspect of our home buying experience. His father sold our in-laws their first home and they spoke highly of that experience as well. I would much recommend Clay to any other potential home buyer in our area. He was punctual, remained in constant contact and treated us like we were his only clients. We knew we weren't but it was nice anyway :-)
Clay was brought in to represent our interests in this transaction. We had already found the property. He worked in our interest and helped the transaction flow seamlessly We were able to close in less than three weeks in order to get the children registered in their new school. He made sure that the property was in good order and convinced the previous owner to make repairs. Clay even had a couple of small repairs done on his own that the inspector missed. These were found on the final walk through. He said he would take care of it and did out of his own commission. These kinds of things do not cost a lot of money but go a long way in future references. We have already told of our experiences and given a glowing recommendation to prospective future customers. One of the honest realtors in the area. We had worked with Clay on another project a couple of years ago with positive results as well. He is low key, low pressure but effective. We offered it at the higher amount and got three offers, during the Christmas season no less. We sold at full price. He knows the market and how to get a great price.
