Every time I would feel stressed or confused about anything during the search and purchase process, I would call Steve and he would explain ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to me in normal people language and calmed me! Steve made himself available for me for many months of searching, even when on a plane, weekend, vacation, or hospital...he ALWAYS communicates!!
